AuctionShed provides the technical platform that enables buyers and sellers to list items, place bids, and complete transactions. AuctionShed is not the seller of items offered on the platform.

Payments on AuctionShed are processed via Stripe, an independent payment service provider.

Sellers who receive payouts via Stripe are subject to Stripe’s own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which must be accepted during registration.

When a transaction takes place, relevant personal data (such as name and shipping details) is shared between buyer and seller strictly to allow the transaction to be completed. Sellers may not use this data for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers who support platform operations (such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing). These providers process data only in accordance with our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
c. Legal obligations

AuctionShed does not sell or rent personal data and does not share personal data for advertising or commercial profiling purposes.
